CERAC, incorporated has been manufac- turing specialty inorganic materials and physical vapor deposition materials from Milwaukee, Wisconsin since 1964 and has experienced steady global growth due to diversity of products and customers.

Typically sold as powders of well-defined purity, CERAC's specialty inorganic materials include small quantity R&D items available by catalog, as well as bulk quantity specialty compounds. CERAC manufactures a wide range of specialty inorganic chemicals and physical vapor deposition (PVD) materials, serving industries such as precision optics, ophthalmics, semiconductor, laser and projection display with standard and custom manufactured products. PVD products include sputtering targets, available in a variety of compositions and configurations, as well as evaporation materials ranging from pieces and tablets to rods, crucibles and cones.

Rounding out CERAC's line of PVD products is its innovative series of pre-melted evaporants. Individually tailored to fit any crucible or pocket, these products deliver cost savings through reduced cycle times and improved coating yields.
